Hi! I’m Bubbiie, a freelance artist who simply loves making things.Art has always been something I enjoyed, and I love having the opportunity to take someone’s ideas and bring them to life. Whether it’s a digital illustration, custom graphics, creator branding, or something out of the box, I enjoy exploring different creative avenues and figuring out how to make an idea work.For me, creating isn’t just about making something look good – it’s about creating something that feels personal and uniquely yours. I want the people I work with to see their ideas come to life in a way that makes them excited to share them with others.My goal is to keep creating for as long as I can, continue learning, and grow alongside with the people and communities I get to work with. Pricing: All listed rates are starting prices. Final quotes vary based on character count, design complexity, visual detail, and overall project.
Preparation: Please have clear references, design specs, and project details ready before submitting your request.
Slot Availability: Commission slots are limited and may close temporarily when the queue reaches capacity.
Payment: Full upfront payment is required to start. For larger projects, a 50/50 payment split (50% upfront, 50% prior to final file delivery) is available upon request.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 1–3 weeks. Complex or multi-asset projects may require additional time.
Revisions: Includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Major structural edits or requests beyond the initial brief will incur additional fees.
Commercial Use: Rates cover personal and channel display (Twitch/YouTube) use only. Retail merchandise, packaging, and resale require a separate Commercial License.
Working Files: Deliverables are provided as flattened/exported files. Editable source files (PSD, AI, CSP, Procreate) are excluded unless purchased separately.
Communication: Regular communication is expected throughout production. Unannounced lapses in response time will directly impact turnaround delivery.
Artist Discretion: I reserve the right to decline any commission request that falls outside my schedule, skillset, or content boundaries.
Portfolio Display: Completed artwork may be featured in my portfolio, website, and social media channels unless a Private / NDA Add-on is requested in advance.By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my full Terms of Service.

Detailed timeframe estimates are provided prior to starting work. Timelines are estimated and subject to shift based on project complexity, revisions, and client response speeds. |
| Rush Orders & Deadlines |

| If artwork is required by a specific date sooner than the standard turnaround times, a Rush Fee (25%-50%+ of total project cost) may apply depending on schedule availability and deadline urgency. Urgent deadlines must be agreed upon prior to starting work. |
| Content Boundaries & NSFW |

| NSFW and mature commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis for clients who are 18 years of age or older. I reserve the right to decline any request involving extreme violence, hate speech, non-consensual themes, or topics I am uncomfortable illustrating. If you are unsure whether your design request meets my content guidelines, please reach out prior to placing an order. |
| Revisions & Feedback |

| Each commission includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions unless stated otherwise. Feedback must be provided within 7 days of receiving a preview draft. Any additional edits or requests outside the original project requirements may incur added fees based on complexity. Requests requiring major redrawing, structural redesign, or rebuilding of previously approved work will be quoted as a new or supplementary service. Changes requested after final approval incur an additional $20–$50+ fee. Revisions necessary to fix an error on my part regarding the agreed-upon brief or provided references are always completed free of charge and do not count toward your included revision limit. |

| I retain all copyright ownership and the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, website, and promotional channels unless a Private / NDA Add-on is purchased. Artwork may not be used for AI training, machine-learning data, tracing, or direct resale. Clients may not remove signatures/watermarks or claim creative authorship. |
| File Storage & Backups |

| Upon final file delivery, clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. While I attempt to archive project files, I am not liable for lost assets after delivery, and re-delivering archived files after 60 days may incur a small retrieval fee. |
| Payment |
|---|
| Full payment is required upfront prior to starting work. For larger commissions, custom payment plans may be offered at my discretion. Standard split payment plans require 50% upfront to initiate the project and the remaining 50% prior to final file delivery. Where applicable, split options can be set up using VGen’s milestone payment system or handled via invoice for direct commissions. Work will officially begin once the initial deposit or full payment has cleared. |
| VGen orders are processed securely through VGen checkout. For direct commissions, PayPal is preferred, though Stripe, Venmo, and Cash App are also available upon request depending on project requirements and client location. |
| Client Responsibilities |

| Clients are responsible for providing comprehensive, accurate reference materials (character sheets, palettes, dimensions, poses, and design specs) prior to starting work. Major changes requested due to missing, inaccurate, or late-provided references will incur an additional $20–$30+ fee. I am not liable for inaccuracies stemming from incomplete client information. |
| Communication & Abandonment |
|---|
| Clients are expected to maintain regular communication throughout the project. Unannounced inactivity exceeding 30 consecutive days constitutes project abandonment. Abandoned commissions forfeit completed work without refund, and project resumption is not guaranteed and remains subject to a reactivation fee. |
| Cancellations & Refunds |
|---|
| Full refunds are available before work officially begins. Once work has started, refunds are prorated strictly based on the percentage of completed work, less non-refundable processing fees. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after final file approval and delivery. |
| Commercial Licensing & Deliverables |

| Personal and monetized streaming use (Twitch / YouTube) is included for assets designed specifically for channel display. Commercial use, merchandise, and retail resale require a dedicated Commercial License. Final deliverables are provided as flattened digital files (PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF). Source files (PSD, AI, Clip Studio Paint) are excluded unless explicitly purchased as an add-on. |
